user.cfg - это конфигурационный файл, меняющий графические (и не только) настройки клиента.

Лежать он должен (для лайв клиента) по следующему пути: [ваш диск]:\Ваш путь с папке с игрой\StarCitizen\StarCitizen\Public\

 

 

Содержимое для версии 2.4.1(GTX 970, оптимизированное быстродействие), резать от полоски до полоски, сами полоски НЕ БРАТЬ:

Олисар пока неизлечим, но поровнее, поровнее.

Хорошо работает. В случае, если память забивается, то под этим конфигом меньше фризов. Учитывайте, что если текстуры/тени слишком вниз выкручивать, то это может помешать обнаружению пехоты на станциях.
